Documents for your guest dialysis
These documents must be sent by fax or e-mail 14 days before the appointment!
Guest dialysis can be performed at the following times:
07:30 or 13:00 o'clock.
settlement of account
guest patients from EU/EEC WITH valid EHIC
guest patients from EU/EEC WITHOUT valid EHIC
guest patients from outside EU/EEC
payment in cash, ATM, VISA, Master, Diners or JCB or bank transfer
Attention: no card payment possible on weekends
